The scanning electron microscope CX200Plus is the evolution of the traditional COXEM SEM.
CX200Plus is a powerful and easy to use SEM, able to reach 3nm resolution, to analyze every kind of sample.
The traditional COXEM scanning electron microscope is used for a variety of applications, ranging from materials science to life science, always granting great results.
Differently from its competitors, this microscope is compatible with a number of high quality accessories, such as the Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) and the Cool stage for the analysis of biological and liquid-state samples.
Next to the above mentioned accessories, other features make this SEM unique in its market segment, including the possibility to mix the secondary and backscattered signals in one single image, and the Panorama option that combines hundreds or thousands of SEM images into one single picture through an advanced stitching function, making it possible to analyze large areas with high resolution.
This SEM has been developed for laboratories, companies and facilities with a limited budget, which need an instrument with an high implementation level.
The software interface is easy and intuitive, and it allows users to explore all of the SEM potentialities starting from the first use.
